Building Warden Gary Grant identifies needed repairs and maintenance for all of our buildings. The Warden gets estimates for work performed from several subcontractors, and then seeks financial approval from the Executive Committee or Vestry. The Warden reports details of all projects at the monthly Vestry Meeting.
